The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 24-month accelerated development journey aimed at preparing recent graduates to step into leadership roles within South Africa’s leading FMCG business. This opportunity offers hands-on experience, structured training, mentorship, and exposure across multiple business areas, with a specific focus on Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational learning and development journey
• Apply data analysis and BI tools to support business decisions
• Deliver insights that influence operational efficiency and strategic direction
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering
• Support innovation initiatives through data-driven solutions
• Relocate as required across Tiger Brands’ business units during the programme

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/BTech in Computer Science, Statistics, or related BI/Data Analytics qualification
• Minimum 65% academic average
• South African citizen with valid work authorization
• Valid driver’s license
• Recent graduate (completed studies in 2023, 2024, or 2025)
• Less than 1 year of full-time work experience in your field of study (internships excluded)
• Geographical mobility – must be willing to relocate as needed
